Founded in Zurich in 2016, evenito started as a photo platform project for an event for the NZZ. From there on evenito developed towards an event company, helping their clients organizing and managing physical events. With the ongoing digitalization and the impact of the pandemic the founders, Nicolas and Jodok decided to expand the product. Today evenito is an all-in-one event management software with an easy-to-use interface that helps clients to plan, organize and deliver events of any complexity, in the physical world but as well as in digital or hybrid formats.

To support event managers worldwide, evenito has developed software that covers the event management cycle for virtual, hybrid, and personal events. It can be applied for any needed event style, for corporate events with +100 guests, but as well for small team meetings or training with 10 people. A special feature is the possibility to customize the entire tool with your branding and security guidelines.
Evenito entered first into the DACH & UK markets and in the second step will expand to a broader European roll-out and also target the USA. The European event management software market makes almost a third of the global USD 8.2 billion in 2020.
Evenito can prevail against the competition and gain a fair market share. Especially for professionals the tool is very helpful and outruns the phase bounded solutions, which leaves Bizzabo as the main new competitor and Cvent as the present solution to beat. In sum, it can be said that evenito has a strong competition base, but with their special product offer and the speed in growth they can outperform and level up to a standard like Bizzabo`s and overcome mature players like Cvent in innovations.
